Staying on Track While Traveling:

You don’t have to let your vacation vibes interfere with your fitness a& nutrition goals. You guys know how I feel about the 80/20 Rule and we’re going to apply that same approach to our travel efforts.


1. PACK FOR SUCCESS

  • Action Item: Pack a few workout outfit’s, FITSLANA’s LABB BANDS & your activity watch!

  • Action Item: Pack your supplements, especially protein powders, vitamins, fat burners & gut support!

2. USE YOUR RESOURCES

  • Action Item: Use the hotel gym especially if you wake before your travel mates.

  • Action Item: Ppt for walking when it makes sense.

3. DRINK YOUR WATER:

  • Action Item: Stay hydrated, start your day with water.

  • Action Item: Drink water all day, especially with every alcoholic beverage.

  • Action Item: Drink water before you go to bed!

4. CHOOSE WISELY:

  • Action Item: Have veggies with 2-3 meals and eat ALL YOUR veggies!

  • Action Item: Have all your supplements especially your protein shake for breakfast.

5. BREATH & ENJOY:

  • Action Item: Don’t try and follow your normal routine, be mindful, be better, BE HEALTHY!

  • Decompressing & getting away is important but that doesn’t mean you should get away from your healthier habits & routines, you just need to amend them!
