The LABB Program consist of:

 1. Live workouts on Zoom weekly PST - JOIN THE BOOT CAMP WHEN YOU CAN

 2. The LABB PASS Video Portal - WATCH THE RECORDED WORKOUTS & MY PERSONAL WORKOUTS

 

Many of you are familiar with my in-person LABB boot camp, that stands for legs,abs, booty blast, but now you can take that class ANYWHERE with the LABB PASS.

 

LABB, also, Legs, abs, Body Blast is all about staying active on your terms.

Experts suggest adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity a week. You'll participate in 120 minutes right here in the LABB! I suggest 4 workouts a week, but feel free to workout anytime!

You'll receive 4 NEW Workouts a week:

(3) will be from our Live on Zoom meetings - We meet Monday Wednesday 6pm & Saturday 9am (PST) for 30 minutes.

(1) will be a Pre Recorded Step by Step Workout with just me  - You'll receive this workout via email Thursday or Friday

Workouts designed to target all muscle groups and improve the 5 components of fitness:

 

  1. cardio endurance

  2. muscular strength

  3. muscular endurance

  4. flexibility

  5. body composition

 

From body weight workouts that require no equipment to full body blasts these workouts can be completed at home, in the gym or on the go!
