We never seem to have enough ENERGY or TIME. And I know I said this is a “RECHARGE” blog, but this is also a blog about why you lack energy. So here’s my RECHARGE SELF CHECK
STRESS: stress can lead to high levels of cortisol the stress hormone; high levels of cortisol make it harder to lose weight.
When you are sleep deprived your body isn’t receiving enough time to replenish and restore to function at its full capacity.
CONSUMING TOO MUCH SUGAR:
Consuming a high sugar diet makes for quick energy burst and a hard crash, which makes it harder for our bodies to regulate our energy levels.
LIVING A SEDENTARY LIFE:
A lack of activity makes our bodies feel sluggish and stiff. When we sit for long periods of time, we may lose strength and endurance.
EATING JUNK FOOD:
Processed Junks foods are full of ingredients known to give us a crash and burn effect of energy and to make us feel lethargic.
A body in rest, stays at rest, A body In motion stays in motion. Moving, activity and exercise increase our endorphins and can help improve our mood and energy levels.
If you checked off one or more of the above-mentioned habits, it is time to RE-ADJUST your life. The easiest reversal is changing your nutrition efforts, moving more, changing your nigh time routine but HOW?
