Avoid these foods for ABS….
It's cliche, but it's true ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN. And the more you eliminate these foods below the more you'll notice results in your midsection.
Eat more: fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, lean protein, fish, and tea can all help accelerate fat burning and improve body composition
Eat Less: fried foods, sugary snacks, refined grains, sugar-sweetened beverages, and excessive alcohol intake
Avoid the following if you can:
Sodium nitrates/nitrites
Hydrogenated oils, aka trans fat
Sugar in all its forms
Artificial flavors and colors
Artificial sweeteners
Oils: Corn, vegetable, soy bean
Enriched wheat

Potassium or sodium benzoate
