Making Fitness Fun

 

When I started working out in 2009 I just wanted to "lose my tummy," "whittle my waist," and feel more confident in my own skin. Little did I know, that by losing my tummy, I'd gain a passion for fitness and now a career!

I know how you feel, and I was in your shoes not so long ago! But what started as a simple goal not only boosted my confidence, but lead me to compete in regional and national level body building competitions.

 

I don't expect you to compete, but I do expect you to fight for your happily ever after, and the best version of you yet! I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body
