Many of you are familiar with my in-person LABB boot camp, that stands for legs,abs, booty blast, but now you can take that class ANYWHERE with the LABB PASS.

 

LABB, also, Legs, abs, Body Blast is all about staying active on your terms.

 

We meet Monday Wednesday Thursday 6pm & Saturday 9am (PST) for 30 minutes.

 

Workouts designed to target all muscle groups and improve the 5 components of fitness:

 

  1. cardio endurance

  2. muscular strength

  3. muscular endurance

  4. flexibility

  5. body composition

 

From body weight workouts that require no equipment to full body blasts these workouts can be completed at home, in the gym or on the go!
